June 5, 2009 - Look for the new Blackstar Dairy trailer graphics as we are delivering our products to our many store locations. We feature two of our favorite cows on each side of the trailer. Janie is Max's favorite show cow and she is the mother of all his cows. Maggie is Amy's favorite show cow and was in the ring for Grand Champion at the MN State 4-H show last year. We anticipate she will be back at the state fair this year. Stop in the barn and give us a visit!
June 4, 2009- Our cows are out to pasture for the summer enjoying the open space and fresh grass. You'll probably notice the cream to be a bit more yellow in color because fresh grass is high in natural vitamin A. Who says you have to eat carrots to get good eyesight?
